那把神人从路上带回来的申言者听见这事，就说，这是那违背了耶和华话的神人，所以耶和华把他交给狮子；狮子撕裂他，咬死他，是照着耶和华对他所说的话。

And when the prophet who had brought him back from the way heard it, he said, It is the man of God, who rebelled against the word of Jehovah; and Jehovah has given him to the lion, which tore him apart and killed him, according to the word of Jehovah which He spoke to him.

And the prophet that brought him back from the way heard [ of it ] and said, It is the man of God who was disobedient to the word of Jehovah; therefore Jehovah has delivered him to the lion, which has torn him and slain him, according to the word of Jehovah which he spoke to him.
